He was one of the youngest executives in Lehman Brothers. There, he lead the team to the top of the field, consistently ranking in the top 3 in the US by the All American Institutional Investor Survey.
Following more than 10 years in Banking and an executive MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, Michael left Wall Street to form Trefel Consulting, focusing on developing the leaders of tomorrow. This work lead him to some of the best people in the industry, becoming a member of the John Maxwell Team as well as train with MAPS and Tony Robbins.
Today, Trefel Consulting helps sales professionals and entrepreneurs 10X their business and find the balance between work and personal life so that they can live a fulfilling life, secure in themselves, their finances and their relationships!
